For more than 30 years, David Rincon has helped organizations design, modernize, and optimize mission-critical Oracle environments. As Founder and Managing Partner of CDSI, he specializes in Oracle Database, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), engineered systems, artificial intelligence, and enterprise cloud architecture, helping organizations build secure, high-performing technology environments that support long-term business success.
David has worked with Oracle Core Technologies since 1992 and has provided consulting expertise to regional, national, and international organizations across industries including healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, finance, and enterprise technology. In addition to leading complex infrastructure and cloud initiatives, he previously served as a consultant instructor for Oracle University, delivering the Oracle DBA Masters curriculum at Oracle training facilities throughout the United States.
